Dawson Precision Easy Shipping Policy

We strive to process each order as quickly as possible.  However we cannot control the delays and mistakes occationally made by shipping companies.  We offer several shipping choices in an effort to minimize inconveniences.  Please see the following choices.  We recommend UPS if you would like to monitor your delivery time more closely.

UPS orders of in-stock items (excluding firearms) placed before 4pm Central Time are shipped same day.

Small Order Rate USPS (Less Than 13 oz) .......... $4.25  (USPS shipping can take up to two weeks for delivery - This is a great deal if you are not in a hurry!)

Standard USPS Priority Mail (Under 2 lbs) .......... $7.25  (USPS Priority shipping can take over a week for delivery - Sometimes you get lucky, but if you are in a hurry, this is not a good choice.)

Shipments to US Territories Must Go Through Customs and Will Be Shipped USPS First Class Or Priority Only.  We cannot estimate delivery times for orders that must go through customs.

UPS Ground (Under 5 lbs) .................................. $12.95   Alaska & Hawaii: Add $15.00  (This is the most reliable shipping method.  Please see the UPS Delivery Chart for estimated delivery times.)

Hazmat and Aerosols can only ship UPS Ground

We recommend expedited UPS (UPS 1, 2 or 3 Day) if you need your Dawson Precision order in a hurry.  (The delivery date is only time in transit.  It excludes processing time.)

UPS shipping charges are determined by weight.  If your order is significantly more than quoted, we will raise the shipping cost.  We will always notify you if your shipping charge has been changed due to weight.
 
International Orders: We do not accept any individual orders outside the United States or its territories. Worldwide Sports Network and Speed Shooters International are licensed exporters of Dawson Precision products. Please contact them for details on exports.

Domestic Back Orders: Items will be shipped FREE via Standard Service. Free back order shipping does not apply to single item orders
 
International Back Orders: No international items will be back ordered unless prepaid. Customers may request partial shipment but will be charged shipping on each partial shipment

Shipping Pistols To Dawson Precision:

Firearms must be shipped UPS or FedEx. Please refer to the specific carrier's policies for "Shipping Firearms" for more information. Insurance is strongly recommended since we cannot be responsible for any damage or shipping issues prior to our confirmed receipt of your gun.
